Kexgill enjoy a good end to a tough year as they win big at the national awards.
The awards took place on Wednesday 9th of December via an online platform to ensure social distancing was adherred to.
Kexgill took home the Investor of the Year award for their “giving a damn” culture when it comes to their investments. This culture helps to ensure strong and continued returns whilst maintaining and building communities.
Managing direcotor who was inteviewd via video link upon receiving the award had this to say: “There is no doubt it has been a difficult 10 months for our sector, so it was great to have something to celebrate last night at the Property Week Awards.
I am told the judges commented on our commitment to making cohesive long-term communities, not just bricks and mortar. This has no doubt helped with our new £29m facility announced today from Aldermore Bank.”
